- Details: 1. Chibi Icons: 2000 x 2000 px 2. Estimated delivery is 1 to 2 weeks, depending on complexity. 3. All artwork will be delivered at 350 dpi in PNG format via Google Drive, including both transparent and full background versions. Important 1. I will send an INITIAL SKETCH for your review to establish the general pose, composition, and layout. 2. 2x revisions, any major revisions requested after this point will incur a $8 fee. 3. Commissions will not begin without adequate reference materials. 4. Payments should be done before the commissions starts.

- GENERAL 1. I reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time without prior notice. Updates will not apply to commissions that are pending or active at the time of the change. 2. I have the right to decline any commission request that does not align with my style, current workload, or comfort zone. REVISIONS 1. I will send an INITIAL SKETCH for your review to establish the general pose, composition, and layout. 2. Up to 2 major structural revisions are included during this phase. 3. Once line art and flat colors are applied, structural changes are locked; any major revisions requested after this point will incur an additional fee of $8. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY 1. Delays in client feedback/approval will extend the final delivery deadline. 2. If the client stops responding for more than 7 days, the commissions will be put on hold. 3. For more than 14 days, the commissions will be canceled without a refund. USE 1. Commissioned art can be for PERSONAL or COMMERCIAL use. a. Personal Use: Includes profile picture, banners, or personal gifting. b. Commercial Use: Includes merchandise, promotional materials, and client monetization. (Note: Commercial Use has different pricing.) 3. Commissioned art may be posted publicly provided I am properly credited. 4. Using “Personal Use” artwork to generate profit in any shape or form is strictly prohibited. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 1. I retain full rights over the commissioned art during creation and after completion. This includes the right to feature the commissioned piece in my portfolio and post it across my social media platforms. 2. The commissioned art may not be reproduced, distributed, used for AI training, minting or selling it as an NFT or crypto-asset or any other purpose without my explicit written consent. REFUNDS 1. If you decide to cancel before or upon reviewing the initial sketch, the artist will retain a 15% non-refundable deposit to cover preliminary brainstorming and sketch time. 85% of your payments will be refunded upon early cancellation. 2. Once the initial sketch is approved and work progresses to line art or flat colors, no refunds will be issued. This covers the labor, time, and effort invested into the commissioned art. 3. If an unforeseen emergency or illness forces me to delay or cancel your commission, I’ll let you know right away. If we can’t adjust the schedule to meet your deadline, you’ll get a 100% full refund, no matter how far along the project is.
