Commission requests I accept: SFW, NSFW, portrait/half body/full body digital piece of people/fictional characters/your original characters, fanart, fantasy elements(pre-existing fantasy creatures and characters), gore, romantic/relationship art(couples, kisses, suggestive, queer, straight etc.), feel free to inquire if you’re not sure whether your commission falls into my ‘will do’ criteria–it never hurts to ask and I would like to help you as much as I can :) Commission requests I do NOT accept: photo realism, political art, illegal activity, offensive imagery, overly elaborate landscapes, any kind of firearms, tracing or plagiarizing another artist’s work. The artist retains the right to refuse any commission request without explanation. The client must be of age 18+. The client must provide the artist with reference photos OR a detailed explanation of their request. Go as deeply into it as you wish! I'd love to hear about your characters and truly capture their essence. After submitting the commission application, please allow 3-4 business days for me to get back to you about the status of your commission and any WIP updates. In case of choosing the license for monetized content or commercial merchandising, the client must contact the artist for further information and a consultation regarding the fee that'll be applied. Once a commission request has been accepted by the artist, it is the client’s responsibility to read the terms and conditions in full before continuing. Please allow up to a month for the artist to work on your commissioned work. The client will not receive any physical products. The commission cannot be used to enter any competitions online or offline. Commissions requested as personal use cannot be used for monetized content or commercial use. The artist will communicate with the client throughout the process of creating the commission. It is the client’s responsibility to respond with timely responses. The artist will send the client progress of the commission along the way. It is the client’s responsibility to accept each progress stage before the artist can continue to work on the commission. During these progress stages, minor alterations can be requested. The artist will outline whether this is possible to complete. The artist, saaniimii, retains all copyright of the produced artwork. Ultimately, this means that the customer has permission to share the work publicly(while crediting saaniimii) and use it on display for personal use(while crediting saaniimii) but any reproduction of the work, especially reproductions that will be used for profit or commercial uses, are strictly prohibited. Doing so is a crime and may result in legal action. The client may not resell, alter, or claim credit for the creation of artwork. All payments are final, and money will not be returned to customers once a purchase is completed. No refunds. The Client shall not reproduce, use, or sublicense any delivered artwork, sketches, or source files to train artificial intelligence, machine learning, or neural network technologies designed to generate images or replicate the Artist's style. The client may not mint the art as an NFT or use in any other type of cryptocurrency or marketing. Commissioned art is for personal use only, if specified as such.
