I try my best to get through my commissions promptly by maintaining a one-month wait time. Though if a commission consists of multiple art pieces, such as stickers, this TAT may extend and may not strictly follow the standard queue order due to the larger amount of art that is to be completed. A good rule of thumb is 1 month est. per 1-2 art pieces. I keep my Trello up-to-date on all of my progress, and I also send frequent progress screenshots. It is important to me that you know where your money is going!! I do reserve the right to add an extension to a work’s TAT if I have extenuating circumstances. This extension will be 3-4 weeks and may be extended with communication, and I, the artist, agree to notify my commissioner of this in advance if I see anything that may delay my work. If a l commissioner desires a work to be completed before my one-month TAT, there is a rush fee of $5. PAYMENT: All payments are to be made upfront before any work is done on a piece. If you would like to be added to the queue but do not have the funds ready yet (but will within the next week), I can add you to the list, but nothing will be started until a payment is received. PAYMENT METHODS: PayPal Goods and Services Venmo Business Cashapp Kofi Artist Alley REFUNDS: Before work has begun: You, the commissioner, are eligible for a full, 100% refund if work has not been started, no questions asked. Once a sketch is started, I am unable to give a full refund. After work has begun: Once work has been started on a piece, I am unable to give full refunds. These refunds will vary on a case-by-case basis, but “I don’t want it anymore,” or any similar reasoning, will not grant you a refund once I have started sketching. Extenuating circumstances and emergencies are valid reasons for refund issuance. The commission, at whatever stage of work has been completed, will be emailed to the commissioner. Sketching and Linework Phase: The commissioner, upon request, would receive 50% of the commission cost back in the form of a refund. Flat Color Phase: The commissioner, upon request, would receive 25% of the cost of the commission back in the form of a refund. Artist and Client Rights: I, Mandys_Markk reserve the right to the following: Decline art requests as I see fit. Cancel a commission if: Payment is not received in a timely manner when in my queue Client behavior is disrespectful, aggressive, or abusive in any way. Display commissioned work in my portfolio, website, social media, and other advertising material unless an agreement in writing states otherwise. Extend TAT due to extenuating circumstances as deemed necessary. You, the Client, are entitled to the following: Receive your completed artwork upon full payment, within a reasonable timeframe as outlined in my TOS Request revisions in the sketching/linework phase, and small edits during the color/render phase Use the artwork for non-commercial usage ONLY, unless commercial rights have been purchased. Print the artwork for personal use, print stickers for convention gifts, create a keychain from the artwork, etc Share the artwork online with proper credit to the artist Commercial Rights: Commercial rights are NOT included in standard commissions. Rights may be purchased for an additional fee depending on intended use. Examples of Commercial Use are as follows: Streaming assets meant for monetized content Game assets Merch that is intended for sale (not for personal use or freebies at cons) Book covers Promo materials Branding and Logos NOTE ON GENERATIVE AI: I strictly prohibit any artwork that I have created from being used to train or feed generative AI. Not only is this disrespectful, but it is also feeding and encouraging environmentally harmful technology. If my artwork is found to have been used in this way, you will be permanently barred from future commissions and will be put on a blacklist. ART BOUNDARIES: Listed below are my boundaries of what I will and will not draw. WHAT I DO ACCEPT: Fantasy artwork Anthropomorphic artwork Mecha art Human art Pet portraits/animal artwork Animation requests WHAT I DO NOT ACCEPT: I reserve the right to refuse any of the following art commission inquiries: Suggestive work that depicts any kind of minor. Zoophile artwork.
