By buying an adoptable, you agree to my Adoptable Terms of Service:

Once a client purchases a design by me, it is theirs. Clients have both non-commercial and commercial rights for the design itself, and designs will never be revoked unless a client has heavily broken my Terms of Service. Designs can be resold, traded, and/or gifted, regardless of how they were obtained. Designs can also be resold for any price. Clients cannot claim my designs as their own.
