- Each piece shows when it ships
- Ask to cancel before it ships or work starts
- Process - I will provide you with constant updates, all watermarked until I receive the payment. After you have paid, all future updates will have no watermark. - You may revise the rough sketch as many times as you'd like. - After you have approved the sketch, you may only revise minor details (such as any missing details, change in expression, color change) in the finished product. A major revision, such as pose change or adding a character will cost extra (cost varying on complexity). - The updates that you will receive will be low-resolution screenshots. The final product will be sent to you in a high-resolution JPG/PNG. I am also happy to provide smaller file sizes for uploading elsewhere.
- Personal use, with upgrades on each piece
- Usage Policy As the artist, I claim rights to the final product. Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: - Promote myself with it. - Post it anywhere. - Display it anywhere. - Use it in my professional portfolio. The buyer is allowed to: - Use the final product for personal use, such as using it as a profile picture, uploading it to DeviantArt, Twitter, Twitch, Instagram, etc. (Credit is not mandatory but highly encouraged and greatly appreciated!) - Print out the artwork for personal use and claim their character(s) as their own, but NOT my work. The buyer is NOT allowed to: - Claim credit for my work under any circumstance. - Remove or alter my signature in any way. - Alter the artwork in any way without my explicit consent. - Use my work commercially without my explicit consent. If you'd like to use my work commercially, please fill out that section in the request form. Usage Policy for AI Usage of my work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is STRICTLY prohibited under any circumstances. There are NO exceptions. Failure to follow these terms and conditions will result in loss of all rights to the commissioned piece. You will also be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
