Physical orders will usually take 3-5 business days to ship out. Made to order commissions can take up to 2-3 weeks to ship, if not sooner, but ultimately the turnaround time will vary depending on what is being made. Digital commissions are delivered online and do not require physical shipping. I am not responsible for incorrect shipping information given, once it has been picked up by ISPS, it's out of my hands. However, if your package has been damaged in shipment, please send photos of the item and packaging and we can work something out. Depending on what has been ordered, I can not guarantee a replacement.
